Booking & Reservations
How do I book a limousine with Katch a Limo?
You can book online using our reservation form at katchalimo.com, call us at (780) 722-3070, or email katchalimo@gmail.com. We’ll confirm your vehicle, time, and details right away.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible. For high-demand dates such as weddings, prom nights, New Year’s Eve, and major concert evenings, we strongly recommend booking several weeks ahead — popular dates fill quickly.
What information do I need to make a reservation?
Please have ready: your full name (or company name), the occasion and date, your pickup time and address, the drop-off address, the trip type (one-way, round trip, or hourly), and your preferred vehicle.
What trip types do you offer?
Three options — one-way (a single trip from A to B), round trip (we take you there and bring you back), and hourly (you keep the vehicle for a set number of hours and make as many stops as you like). We also offer convenient 3- and 4-hour packages.
Is there a minimum booking duration?
No — there is no minimum booking duration.
Can I view the vehicle before booking?
Yes. We’re happy to text you photos of the vehicle before you book.
Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?
Yes. Where possible we ask for changes at least 10 days before your event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any adjustments based on availability.
Payment & Deposits
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and cash. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before or when your chauffeur arrives. Contact us to confirm the best payment method for your booking.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
A deposit is generally required, depending on your date and the type of event. Contact us at the time of reservation and we’ll walk you through the details.
Is gratuity included in the quoted price?
Gratuity is not automatically included. If your chauffeur provides exceptional service, a tip of 15 to 20 percent of the total fare is common and appreciated — though entirely at your discretion.
What happens if my event runs over the booked time?
We offer a courtesy grace period of 15 minutes at no extra charge. Beyond that, an overtime rate applies. If your schedule is flexible, we recommend building in a small buffer so you can enjoy your experience without time pressure.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Zone surcharges apply for destinations outside Edmonton’s Anthony Henday ring road, and a cleaning or repair fee may apply for any damage caused by guests. Otherwise there are no hidden fees — we’re always transparent about the total cost before you confirm.

What vehicles does Katch a Limo offer?
Three categories of luxury vehicles: an SUV Limousine (seats 7), a Stretch Sedan Limousine (seats up to 10), and a Party Bus (seats up to 20).
What does the inside of the limousine look like?
All vehicles feature premium black leather interiors, a DVD player, on-board Wi-Fi, an iPhone charger, and a laptop desk. The Stretch Sedan Limousine and Party Bus also include heated seats. Every vehicle is immaculately maintained for each ride.
Can I play my own music in the limousine?
Yes. Our vehicles have Bluetooth connectivity, so you can stream your own playlist straight from your phone — or bring USB drives and other media. The night plays out exactly the way you want.
Which vehicle is right for my event?
For couples or small groups of up to 7, the SUV Limousine is an elegant choice. For the classic stretch-limo experience with up to 10 guests, choose the Stretch Sedan Limousine. For larger celebrations of up to 20, the Party Bus offers the most space and energy. Unsure? Call us and we’ll help you choose.
Are your vehicles regularly inspected and maintained?
Yes. All Katch a Limo vehicles undergo regular professional maintenance and safety inspections, so every ride meets the highest standards of safety and comfort.
Services & Occasions
What occasions does Katch a Limo serve?
We provide premium transportation for weddings and wedding parties, birthdays, proms and graduations, casino runs, concerts and nights out, airport transfers, corporate and business travel, and special community and private events.
Do you offer wedding limousine service?
Yes — weddings are one of our specialties. We handle the full wedding-day timeline, including bridal-party pickup, ceremony arrival, photo stops, and reception transfer, coordinating around your schedule so the day is seamless.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. We offer comfortable, punctual airport pickups and drop-offs with plenty of room for luggage. Our chauffeurs monitor flight schedules and adjust timing so you’re never left waiting.
Can you accommodate a large group?
Absolutely. Our Party Bus seats up to 20 and is ideal for birthday groups, stag and stagette nights, graduation outings, and concert evenings where everyone wants to travel together.
Do you offer corporate transportation?
Yes. We provide professional black-car and limousine service for executive travel, client transfers, business meetings, and corporate events across Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Can you accommodate special requests for an event?
We do our best to make every ride unique. Whether it’s a specific route, a particular stop, or a personal touch for a birthday or anniversary, just let us know when you book and we’ll make it happen wherever we can.
On-Board Policies
Is alcohol allowed in the limousine?
Alcohol is permitted for passengers 18 or older, in accordance with Alberta law. If any passenger is under 18, alcohol is not permitted for the duration of the ride. We ask all guests to drink responsibly.
Is smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicles?
No. All Katch a Limo vehicles are strictly smoke-free and vape-free at all times.
Are there rules of conduct passengers should know?
For everyone’s safety: passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, no hanging out of windows or sunroofs, and no behaviour that could harm others or damage the vehicle. Any damage results in a cleaning or repair fee, and our chauffeurs may end service if safety is at risk.
Can we bring food or drinks on board?
Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages are generally welcome (BYOB is allowed for guests 18+). For catered setups or custom decorations for a birthday or anniversary, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can we leave belongings in the vehicle between stops?
In most cases, yes. Your chauffeur can keep personal items secure between pickup points — just share your itinerary when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my reservation?
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible at (780) 722-3070 or katchalimo@gmail.com. The sooner you let us know, the more flexibility we have.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made well in advance can generally be accommodated without penalty. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Contact us directly and we’ll work with you on a fair resolution.
What if my plans change on the day of the event?
Call us as early as possible at (780) 722-3070. We’ll do everything we can to adjust timing or routing to keep your experience seamless.

We proudly serve Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton Area — including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, and River Cree. For longer-distance or out-of-province trips, contact us for a custom quote.
Are there additional charges for destinations outside Edmonton?

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer an exclusive 20% discount for veterans, nurses, firefighters, and teachers — just mention your profession when booking. Reduced rates may also be available on weekdays and during the off-season.

When is Katch a Limo available?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Whatever time your event starts or ends, we’re here.
Do you operate on holidays and long weekends?
Yes — we’re available on all statutory holidays and long weekends. These dates fill quickly, so book early to secure your preferred vehicle and time.
Our Chauffeurs
Does a professional driver come with the vehicle?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional, fully licensed chauffeur — you never have to arrange a separate driver. Your chauffeur arrives early, in uniform, and is dedicated entirely to your experience.
Are your chauffeurs background-checked and licensed?
Yes. All Katch a Limo drivers are fully licensed and vetted, trained to provide safe, discreet, and courteous service for every passenger.
